This programme is specially designed for Religious and priests in the ministry of formation and for those preparing to be formators at all levels (Rectors, Novice Masters/Directresses, Spiritual Directors and Vocation Promoters). It is also ideal for those who have leadership roles in religious communities/parishes, for those who desire to have a deeper understanding of spirituality and religious life and for all who desire personal renewal and spiritual growth.
The programme will focus on the four pillars of Formation suggested by the Church – the Spiritual, Intellectual, Pastoral and Human Formation – with a view to wholeness and integration.

The duration of the Programme is from September to May every year (Nine months). The participants will reside throughout the period of the programme at the Lumen Christi Institute.

D. FEE STRUCTURE
Subsidized Fee per person: US$ 2,700 or its equivalent in Tanzanian Shilling (Includes boarding, lodging, course fees, study materials etc.) Fees are payable in two instalments in September and January.
